Shipping & delivery

We deliver within Nigeria only. Select your state or the Federal Capital Territory at checkout and provide your full name, phone number, city or town, and complete street address. Add a landmark or apartment details where helpful. International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery is a flat ₦7,000 per order, not per item. Prices and payments are in Nigerian naira (NGN). No additional tax is added at checkout. Review the full order total before paying.

Delivery timing depends on your location and the order. Contact us on WhatsApp for the estimate for your order; no fixed delivery timeframe is advertised. Payment must be confirmed before an order proceeds to fulfilment. Tracking details are provided when available for the shipment.

Check your details before payment. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order reference. We will check whether a change is still possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is dispatched.

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact us with your order reference and any relevant photos. We will investigate and explain the next steps. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.
