These terms apply to purchases and use of the MAISON TERRE store. Our contact address is 10 Pastor Akindehinde Street, Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria; client service is available on WhatsApp at +234 906 374 2492. Read these terms alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies before purchasing.

You must be at least 18, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can enter into the purchase, and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with its security.

The product page and checkout show the price, available size and colour options, and current stock. Prices are in Nigerian naira (NGN). Delivery is ₦7,000 per order within Nigeria, and no additional tax is added at checkout. Review your selection and final total before paying.

Only available, published products can be purchased. Items clearly marked as samples, concepts or upcoming are not offered for sale. Product photographs aim to represent each item accurately, but screen settings may affect colour appearance. This does not limit your rights where an item is materially different from its description.

Prices and availability may change for future purchases. If a material error or stock issue affects your order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation and refund; we will not impose an increased price without your consent.

Checkout payments are processed by Paystack. An attempted payment or bank debit alone does not establish a confirmed order: the store must verify payment with the provider. Keep your order or payment reference. If you are charged but do not see confirmation, contact us before paying again.

Confirmed orders remain subject to fulfilment of the purchased items. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate refund. An item in your bag is not guaranteed until the checkout and stock checks are completed. Never send payment credentials or one-time codes to client service.

Delivery is within Nigeria only. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. Delivery estimates are confirmed for the order rather than promised as a fixed nationwide timeframe. Please read Shipping & delivery for further details.

For eligible unused, unwashed items with tags attached, request a return within 7 days of delivery. MAISON TERRE covers agreed return delivery for faulty or incorrect items; customers pay other return delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after inspection, with additional bank or provider processing possible. See Returns & refunds for the full conditions and cancellation process.

Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict misuse of the store or fraudulent activity, while preserving any lawful rights relating to existing purchases.

The MAISON TERRE name, brand materials, photography and store content belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Collaboration branding remains the property of its respective owner.

We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but interruptions and technical errors can occur. External payment and delivery services may also experience disruptions. We will assist with order-related issues and do not exclude liability or consumer remedies where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law, including consumer-protection and data-protection requirements. Contact client service first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing prevents you from seeking lawful remedies or contacting the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or another competent authority.

The terms shown when you place your order apply to that purchase. We may update these terms for future orders; revised terms will be published here. Changes will not retrospectively remove your rights for an existing order.
